Is this good value for money?

Was on Arvia for our 1st ever cruise 2-16th Apr. We loved it!

We are now hooked and looking for our next cruise. We've seen a 14nt Carribbean on Britannia for 22 March 2024. For a standard balcony it's £1799pp (plus £65pp supplements for Manchester airport departure) but with £440 OBC with select fare.

On Arvia we were in inside cabin and would like to try a balcony next so do you experienced cruisers think this B406 Carribbean cruise is good value for money or is the price likely to drop (particularly after balance due date)?

Would love to know people's thoughts.

I would say with the OBC and benefits of select that isn't too bad. It may or may not go down, I think a saver fare would be a bit cheaper closer to the date but you may not get as much OBC. The thing is do you think it is worth it?

That is the transatlantic crossing coming back into Southampton, and repositioning cruises are usually cheaper than a full Caribbean cruise. I love sea days, and repositioning cruises, and think that seems a pretty good price at the moment. No one can ever predict what will happen with prices as the date gets closer, and as already stated, is worth it to you? I am sure we all monitor our booked cruises and some we win some we lose, but if you are happy with the price - go for it.

Hi we are on this cruise too. We booked in January and paid quite a bit more than that although we did get more OBC. Sounds a good price. Brittanias a lovely ship. Our first cruise was a transatlantic on her in 2017 and we were hooked too. We enjoy the sea days though but not everyone does.
