Status transfer

I was just on an RCCL ship.  A gentleman told me that NCL accepts status levels from other companies.  Is that true??

The only cruise line that used to status match was MSC. NCL does not match (other than giving benefits across the NCLH brands).

MSC is the only cruise line that does a status match.  They match airline and hotel programs also.  If you try to status match look through the list first to make sure you submit the best one.  My husband is diamond MSC and still hasn’t stepped foot on an MSC ship. I think he status matched his Hilton Honors.

bird travels, i have asked before from my cas rep. i was advised that ncl doesnt even status match within it's upper echelon ships. regent or oceania

To clarify, are we talking about Latitudes tier levels (Platinum, Sapphire, etc.) or casino levels (Jade, Pearl, etc.)?  

I've never sailed MSC or Virgin but would be more inclined to try if my status level moved over.

latitudes, i dont know about casino, i never gamble higher than jade.
