flossie009 Posted May 21, 2023 #26 Share Posted May 21, 2023 My favourites in Chartreuse are the Foie Gras Terrine, followed by the Beef Tenderloin and finally the Crisp Apple Tart 😋

Regent always has the best lamb.
labonnevie Posted May 21, 2023 #28 Share Posted May 21, 2023 It seems strange to say, but the mushroom soup really is special, IMO.

On 24 day Amazon cruise, had lamb everyday for the first 7 days!
slidebite Posted May 24, 2023 #30 Share Posted May 24, 2023 The mushroom soup! I forgot about that. I truly was spectacular. The mushroom flavor was amazing.
Rare ysolde Posted May 27, 2023 #31 Share Posted May 27, 2023 Agree on the mushroom soup at chartreuse, as well as the tenderloin Rossini. Both were excellent.
hoytstreet Posted June 6, 2023 #32 Share Posted June 6, 2023 (edited) My Sister and I will be on this ship from October 3 to the 25th. I've been in a lot of places, but never the Mediterranean. We will be seeing a lot of countries and will probably be very tired when we get home. Looking forward to it and hoping flights are not an issue. Hope the recent political upheaval in Israel doesn't affect our port stops.
