Cant print etickets?

We completed the check in process and are within 15 days of our cruise, but it wont allow us to print our tickets.  It says to please contact your travel agency to retrieve the tickets.  Is that normal?  We have bought cruises through TAs many times in the past, but have always been able to print our own tickets on other lines.  In fact, most are just 2d barcodes in the app.  Does this seem normal?

Unfortunately, this. Sometimes you can print on your own and sometimes you can't...like all things MSC 😀

 

Bottom line, like others have said, use your TA if you can't do it yourself. But even then it is not a problem if you show up without them...they will just process you at the pier.

Same issue booked direct with MSC, can't print ticket at 40 days out--just noticed must print within 20 days.
