What are specialty desserts?

to anyone - How was the 'Donatello' - key lime pie based...

1.  On the Emerald, there is gelato at the Int’l Cafe, the last section.

 

2.  These “special” desserts were at the slice of pizza/coffee/ice cream place on the Lido deck.

 

3.  I was unable to get the chocolate/candy on the lip of the glass off of the glass to eat.  In my opinion, it was purely decorative (although maybe a kid could have licked it off if mom/dad weren’t around).

I went back and fourth between this and the one with the cheesecake. Ended up with the one with cheesecake. Sorry 😞

That is what I thought (gelato) - that is why I was surprised it wasn't there on the Crown.
