Scubadoc Posted July 8, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 8, 2023 We leave tomorrow on the Majestic and we have booked all of our excursions but they are nowhere to be found on the app or the website. We were trying to review with our friends what we are doing and when and we can’t find it anywhere. On the app, if you go to excursions you just get documents. Does anyone know the answer to this? Also, we got an email from Princess saying to get ready for voice of the ocean. We love Voice! However, the timeline shows nothing about voice of the ocean and karaoke only one night the whole cruise! Does anyone know the actual situation here? They're probably still there...Princess "closes" access to excursion listings but you should have *something* showing what you have. (And NOT via the app! Print out your travel summary to show everything you booked. That is probably just a glitch, which seems common a couple of days before sailing. It could reappear. The Journey View is not a complete activity guide. Once you are OB, then it will fill up with the activities for the cruise and of course the patter. I’ve noticed it populates once we get OB for that sailing. IDK about the karaoke schedule. You’ll need to check OB. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

SCX22 Posted July 8, 2023 #5 Share Posted July 8, 2023 Was on the Majestic in June to Alaska. I can confirm that there was no "The Voice" competition. I was on for 2 weeks, northbound and southbound, and neither week had it. JourneyView will populate more fully on embarkation day. I found this out a few cruises ago and remember now to screenshot the descriptions and booked listing a week before the cruise. The shore excursions are listed in your travel summary but you will not be able to see the descriptions. I guess they have them at the shore excursion desk but I rarely find them to be helpful or knowledgeable. I’ve needed to have the description a few times when the tour operator did not follow through on the stated description of the shore excursion. When I book an excursion I copy the description over to a Word doc so I can easily print it, along with the cost information. Print. Then, when I get the payment confirmation email (I only do one excursion at a time) I print that out as well and staple both pages together & throw it into a folder that I take with me on the cruise. I've only needed this type of info a couple of times...but just having it available *once* and being able to easily resolve an issue with someone saying "You have not purchased this" is absolutely worth the time in setting it all up.
