How do I cancel a Princess cruise online?

I booked a cruise online and need to cancel, but cannot for the life of me figure out how to cancel online.  The telephone wait is horrendous and I'd like to just cancel online, just as I booked it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that there is no facility to cancel online you have, unfortunately, to phone Princess.

I did it once before, but can't remember how.  That was only for cruises booked online, not for those booked through a travel agent.

You can also cancel thru chat. (I looked and yes, @Trash Queen you are in USA .... don't know if Live Chat can cancel for non-USA online bookings)

I call or email my travel agent to cancel since I rarely, if ever book directly.
But before I do cancel, I first go to the personalizer and cancel any shore excursions, dinner reservations and any extras I might have ordered.   I am afraid if I wait to cancel those any amounts paid for those will go to FCCs or take a while to get back to me. 
Whether that is the way to go, who knows? I feel more secure doing it that way.

Chat worked.  Princess is having a sale, but only for new bookings.  I re-booked on a 3-day hold, and saved $3600 for the two of us.  Chat is available on Sunday, and it worked perfectly for cancelling the previously-booked cruise and at the same time switching the FCD to the new one.
