Looking at my account online and nothing is showing that I had the gratuities prepaid or that I have the upgraded drink package. Just wondering if I’m missing something? TIA

The online account is kind of wonky. Are they showing on your invoice??

Thanks everyone. I am working with my TA to get it resolved.

ps. TIA= thanks in advance

what does YMMV =?

sorry for the misunderstanding

Actually I knew that, I just think it's funny to call people Tia when they sign their posts with it. You're the first to call me out on that.

Any extras or free with your cruise will show on your documents that your TA or Oceania has  sent to you. I thought we had free wi-fi on our next cruise but it’s not included. I always check my documents just to make sure everything has been added.

On Oceania  every cabin has free wifi   for at least 1 account

It is like free dining  it is not on your accounting

There’s no free wi- fi on our next cruise Marina. The offer from Oceania via our TA was one of the following free wi- fi OBC or drinks package .

we took the OBC. It’s the first time where the wi- fi was part of the deal. It’s usually included. Just might be for the UK. We don’t get all the offers.

Are you sure the options weren't a specific number of free excursions, OBC, or the basic drinks package?  That was the OLife package before Simply More, although in the UK, there have be packages including all 3.  One free WiFi account has always been the options.  If your TA told you otherwise, I'd check back with him/her.

Alternatively, just call Oceania directly and ask.

I will phone Oceania tomorrow. Thank you
i can’t see why the T A wouldn’t give it to me if it was free.I’ve checked with the TA customer services as I have some problems with this cruise. They haven’t confirmed that I don’t have wi-fi.

If you have SM  your will have  2 logins

From the FAQ on O website

Wavenet FREE Unlimited WiFi is included in your cruise fare and you may access the Internet throughout the entirety of the ship, including all suites, staterooms, public rooms and outdoor decks. One login is provided per suite or stateroom, which may be used on one device at a time. Additional logins and upgrade packages are available for purchase on board. For your convenience, Internet-enabled computers are also available in the Oceania@Sea Internet Center aboard each of our ships.

In the US, the WiFi has never been listed as a separate amenity on the invoice, since it is included in the cruise fare (1 with OLife and 2 with SM), as Lyn quotes above.  I don't think it's your TA's choice not to give it to you since O provides it, but perhaps your TA is not totally familiar with O's marketing.  Our TA provides us with an Oceania invoice, not an invoice from the agency, and WiFi is not explicitly shown, but we always get it for free.

So you are saying that even though I did cruise only all cruises have free wi-fi with Oceania for  cruises booked  this year and before October. Would my .TA who works for a big cruise specialist in the UK  get benefit for not giving me free wi-fi.

BTW you didn’t technically book ‘cruise only’ because you opted for the on board credit but you obviously decided to take the air credit. I have sailed with Oceania since 2015 and have always had free Wi-Fi. In fact I did read somewhere that after October 1st when SM comes into being all passengers, irrespective of package,  will be able to have two devices connected at the same time. Please don’t quote me on that because I’m not how true that is! I guess we will have just wait and see!
