I wish they would bring back the hen alla diavola on seaday brunch. I put it on every post cruise survey asking to bring it back (along with adding in a proper English or Irish pub venue on their ships). That was the best thing on the menu before they revamped (aka cutback) their offerings.

 

A few cruises back on the Dream we rented the Oasis on HMC and I was speaking to the chef that was cooking for us and told him I missed the hen. After a great day and a nice big fat tip for the chef and bartender and server, the next day I found this in my mailbox at my stateroom. For those of you that are interested in their recipe...just make sure to pare down the proportions for servings for a small family and not an entire cruise ship dining room lol.

Very nice sea day today.  Amazing calm seas (so far).  Shocked to see a boat off our port side (barely make it out in the pic).
