I’m at breakfast in the MDR.  Once we disembark, we’ll get on the road.

 

I’ll post my final thoughts in a day or so after i settle in back home.

Braised Lamb was opposite.  This is usually done well.  But this one was dry.

 

 

 

 

Warm Apple Crumble.  This was meh.

 

 

Such a shame, on our cruise in April of 2022, the braised lamb was one of the best I tasted, a 9.5/10,  when all the other dishes were a 5/10 at best in the MDR.

I’ve had this dish many times.  This was the first time it was this dry.

Disembarking is suspended for too many people in Terminal.  I think this is the latest I’ve been on the ship.

 

Either Facial rec is not available for Jewel or we have to do full immigration due to coming from Greenland.

Rumors all over the place.  4 agents doing the entire ship.  Greenland is the reason we can’t use facial rec.  Jewel doesn’t have that capability.  I’m going to go with Aliens.  Yep.  Aliens

It's not the ship that uses facial recognition.  It's the terminal/CBP.  We used it in PC departing Jewel last Nov.
