What to do if cabin room has creaky walls/ceiling? (Solstice)

I'm currently on the Solstice and every few seconds i hear creaks from one wall or another in my cabin as we're sailing.

I have a great cabin (angled balcony) so i don't want to move.

 

I'm currently using a white noise app to mask the noise when i sleep.

Any other suggestions?

Out of curiosity, which deck are you on? How are the seas?

Report it and If it does not improve overnight, I'd  move if I could..

I’ve had this on several ships when the seas were high. The creaking stopped when the ocean calmed down.

Someone else here said that the maintenance crew will just stick thick paper or cardboard in the joints where it’s rattling, you could probably just do the same.

It is a ship - ships are moving objects - they are not land based objects with foundations - you are on the sea / ocean - creaks will happen.

We had it on Equinox in the PH with high seas. Once they calmed down the creaking stopped. Put a pillow over your head if all else fails.

One of the "squeak/creak" spots is the upper bunk. It will move around ever so slightly in the recess in the ceiling. Some times a quick push and wiggle takes care of that.
