Medallion App

We’re leaving on Discovery in 5 days (10/28) and I received my Medallion last week along with lots of frustrations.

my partner ordered her medallion the same time that I did but they never processed her order and will have to be picked up at checkin.  
the app shows our checkin time but shows 10/27.  Why check in when the ship isn’t there,  It also shows the wrong stateroom.  Fortunatelt the cruise summary shows the correct info.

 

We called Princess twice and they swear their systems show the correct info.

 

Has anyone else experienced problems and/or mixups with the medallion or the medallion app?

My understanding is that they are no longer assigning specific boarding times anymore?

Sounds like just another issue with the app. I wouldn't worry very much. Carry your Travel Summaries with you. Check in is any time usually after 9:30. Boarding should begin around 11 or so.

Make sure you bring hard-copies of all your documents.
