Since the pandemic they seem to mostly convert the USD to AUD and the exchange rate isn't great. Wow! I paid A$130 in August (including drinks). My daughter and Son-in-law were planning to book the Chef's Table when I told them it was $130. At $207 pp I don't think they will.
