I’m sailing in an upper suite in February on the Ascent and am wondering if anyone has the email address for the concierge. Thanks!

My wife talked with Alex yesterday. She is Ascent concierge shoreside when you call. My wife told me who the concierge onboard is but I forgot, my age I guess. Sorry. Call Alex and she will take care whatever you wish. She is great.

They generally reach out via email or phone about 2 weeks before your sailing.

I have worked with Alex as our shoreside concierge for almost 3 years now and she is incredible!!!!  I cannot find enough positive adjectives to describe her!
