Shore Excursion page not working

Is anyone else having issues looking at the shore excursion page on their app or on the website for their sailing?  

On my laptop it goes to a black screen and on my the app it shows Whoops? Your page was not found.

That happened to me yesterday. I did finally see it on my third try.

May be your sailing?  Try another sailing and see if same response or try later.  
Sometimes while they are updating those excursions, it glitches.  🥴

Okay, they are back in my app.

I can see them if I look at the sailing like I'm booking it, just not in my booking for some reason on my laptop.

The Shorex page frequently comes up blank when accessing it through an existing booking. This has been happening for months.

 

Reloading the page (and trying again 4 times) or getting at it with another browser usually works. Walking away in frustration and coming back the next day also seems to work.

I initially had problems as you described. The excursions are back, however I have two cruises booked and if I click on excursions for the later cruise I keep getting the excursions for the first cruise.

Only Princess IT can manage this!!

@canadarocks thanks for letting me know.  Issue still persists when I use the laptop or computer.
