Onboard account not showing in app?

IT help needed pls! 
 

In the app the option to see account is not showing on main page or under “head”.

On WiFi. Airplane mode. VPN off. Limit ip address tracking off. 
 

Deleted and reinstalled app.

Rebooted. 
 

IPhone 14 

 

Others have the account showing as it should 🤷‍♀️

 

It doesn’t look

like Stay Connected is working either

Try scrolling to the right on the bottom bar on the app

Which ship?  On the newer ships your account will appear on the TV.  I don't recall how to get there.
