For Information, Good News:

As reported on one of the other threads I emailed hello@stockperks.com with the required information and attached a redacted copy of my financial statement showing ownership of Carnival stock. Email was sent Thanksgiving morning, the 23rd. I received an automatic acknowledgement that they received my request. This morning, the 25th, I received another email stating the OBC was applied to my two booking numbers. I checked my bookings on the Princess web site and the OBC was posted. I did not use the app. The email process was very easy.

Hope this is helpful to others.

Please remember as I stated earlier this method of using the email address is for those having issues with the app. I was at the time with my iPhone6 (a known issue with Stockperks that they are working on). My shareholder OBC using this method did finally come through, too.

I have submitted via the app & also received the emails showing they were applied.

Can you tell me WHERE on my bookings I can find the SH OBC...can't seem to find it.

Doing B2B in April.

Got confirmation email 2 weeks ago for both but it is only showing up on 1 reservation.

Hmmm...do I call Princess or Stock Perks?

Is there a booking number for each leg or are both legs of the B2B listed under one booking number?

2 bookings (did that on purpose to get both SH OBC!

You might want to send an email to the hello@stockperks.com address listed by the OP to see what happened.
