Post cruise transfers question

Ive not used transfers in quite a while so don’t know the answer to this.

i believe I read on CC that the $50 FAS excursion credit could be used towards transfers.  Is that true?

The T&C's say this -

• $50 Shore Excursion Credit is applicable to all tours, including debarkation tours.

I believe it has to be a tour listed in the excursions section for the credit to be applicable.

I couldn't use the credit when I purchased the transfers in San Juan.

Only if the transfer is a tour. For example sightseeing for 2 hours before going to the airport could be eligible but if your going directly to the airport it isn’t.

Agreed. Not valid on transfer service. Need to book a tour that concludes at the airport.

You can use on board credit towards airport transfers, but not the $50 excursion credit.

I used in it San Juan, it was a city tour that ended at the airport.

That was an Excursion so yes you could use it.  Your excursion happed to end at the airport.   What you did was much different than the "airport transfers" that take you direct from the ship to the airport.

Yes, it can be used if it is part of an excursion that ends at the airport. We did that in Reykjavik.
