Cheeky question about free Diamond drinks

Just curious.  I always  order a double scotch and dry. Now that I will be Diamond on my next cruise, will that count as one or two of my free drinks?

If you become diamond on your next cruise, the benefit doesn't start until the one after that.

I will be Diamond  after my last cruise.  Status now shows Diamond .

Just order a scotch martini...that will do the trick.

In my experience, if you frequent the same bartender and tip will, after a day or two, those doubles will be charged as a single.

Our experience also.......Find a good bartender or a couple in different venues. Grease palms a little every day. It will go a long way to reducing your bar bill.
