Half Moon Cay question

Sort of... When you get off the tender and walk up the covered entrance, turn left and go down the road 50 meters and take a right in the opening to enter the beach at the Large Cabana side. There will be next to no one there as they have the beach roped off from the main beach entrance due to exposed rock in the water and on the beach. Or maybe for turtle nests?

When we were there in Dec 2023 it was easy snorkeling to see a few sea turtles in the water near the Cabana feeding on the sea grass,

Is there a beach for Suite Guests only?

No.

You must share the entire beach with us inside cabin steerage folks.......but the good news is that you can easily spread out and enjoy the beach......never crowded......You can also rent a cabana and you can have that to yourselves.....but they even allow us inside cabins folks to rent cabanas.

Enjoy Half Moon Cay....it's paradise on planet Earth.

Can you believe they actually make us simple folk share the same beach as those suite people? Oh, the humanity! Can we bring our own "steerage class only" signs to keep them off our beach?

Hey- some of my friends are, literally, the band from steerage in Titantic, aka Gaelic Storm!

HAL does not reallly promote a “ship within a ship” concept.  Other than the Neptune Lounge & breakfast in PG or CO (depending the ship), there is no difference if you are in a suite or an inside cabin.

@DShock have you joined your roll call?  The Private Oasis that @seagarsmoker posted about is actually a nice experience.  We;ve done it a few times on our roll calls with a group of us and had a great time.

But in all honesty, there’s tons of space on the beach - lots of places to explore and not hard to find a spot that you like.

We have done the Private Oasis a few times the same way you have ans enjoyed it very much. Also agree with your "ship within a ship" assessment. I enjoy having the concierge in the Neptune lounge available if needed.

Agree that HMC has never been crowded when we've been there (4-5 times in the past year or so.)  There are plenty of empty loungers for all who disembark.  My biggest issue with stops at HMC is the length of time we've been there-usually a 2:30 PM last tender, if I remember correctly.  Because of the short time there, we have never rented a cabana.

I credit you with a simple question and not a desire not to mingle with non-suite pax. What 0106 and kazu posted is the answer(s) you needed to know what to expect.
