We have a lot of OBC, can we wait to make specialty dining reservations?

We are on Symphony.  Can we wait till we're on board to make specialty dining reservations so we can use our OBC?

Don't know if Symphony's specialties tend to get booked early.

 

We are in a suite, if that matters.

Yes. You can book your dining reservations once on board. However you should also be able to book in advance and use your OBC. It should show up in your cruise planner.

Ask the concierge to book those for you when they get in touch within a week of the sailing.

You can wait to use the OBC. BTW, you can cash out OBC at the casino slots, no need to spend it all.

If it is obc thst is not showing up until on board it will be refundable. If not used it will be refunded to the cc on file at the end of the cruise.

Or at Guest Services, if it's refundable OBC.
