Post Cruise Credit - Unsatisfactory

Took Wind Surf from 3/23-3/30 in the Antilles.  Very choppy seas and too many renderings.

 

Our final bill was incorrect and included a charge for a laundry bag which was supposed to be free.  The GM James Deering said he would fix it.  Mr. Deering is excellent by the way.

 

It's two weeks later.  Nothing has happened.  Not even the undisputed refund of $157.55.  Called Guest Relations and got put on interminable hold.  

 

Not a positive customer service experience.

Two weeks is not very long for a refund to process through corporate checks and balances.  They don't just give money away without establishing the paper trail required by their auditors.

Give them a call, they should have an update for you on your refund.

 

Sorry about the choppy seas, we were on the week before you, I guess we got lucky.
