Nachosdelux Posted April 17 #4 Share Posted April 17 if you are just going to MIA airport, a taxi is the same price and easier (it can be a challenge to find your ride-share, or there can be a LONG wait for one.) Taxis are readily available and the line (if any) moves quickly

Ashland Posted April 17 #7 Share Posted April 17 We've used the shuttle service that has big signs as you exit the terminal. It's $10.00pp and they fill up so quickly and are on their way...Couldn't have been easier this past Feb to get from POM to MIA.

We drove in, but we were chatting, and he mentioned you have to ask about them. So when people ask him how to get to the airport, he will say Uber or Lyft or taxi, and if they ask for something cheaper, he says that shuttle is only $10 per person to Miami international. I had no idea.

We certainly didn't have to "ask" as they (several of them from the same company) were walking just outside the terminal doors holding big signs and calling out "Shuttle to MIA...$10.00pp" hard to miss them.
Rare wolft927 Posted April 18 #10 Share Posted April 18 Getting to the ship we typically will do a shuttle from the hotel, as long as we can get the first one which is usually 10am. Leaving, we always grab a cab as we like to get to the airport and relax and enjoy our final vacation drinks at the airport. Cabs are super easy to get at port of miami even when there are 7 or 8 ships in.

After reading about these shuttles here, we used them from port to MIA just a few days ago. As you say, very easy to find. Leaving Norwegian's terminal, we went towards the taxi line and the shuttles were just across the lane. Our shuttle held 11 passengers so it was quickly filled and we were on our way.

Okay. I clearly missed them because I didn't see the signs. It was more of a PSA.
