How’d you like the cortadito? I’ve had them and really liked them but they have a ton of caffeine in them, so beware 😂

Flaming tomato soup

 

 

This is a busy plate. I ordered skillet cake, crispy bacon and hash browns. Then I changed the hash browns to brunch potatoes. He gave me both and all on the same plate. I’d prefer the sides separate

It’s fine. I’ve questioned the authenticity of this Cuban coffee since I stayed in little Havana. Someone on CC swore they do it here just like they do it there. I don’t think so. They used brown sugar and did something with it like muddling or something in little Havana. This guy was just taking white sugar out of a container.

Havana bar. The indoor part. Deck 5 by the aft elevators

I heard a couple by the elevator. He said let’s go to the Havana bar. She said you have to pay extra to go there. Just so there’s no confusion. The inside bar is for everyone. The outside bar/pool area is for Havana guests.

Augusto was the waiter. I thought he was good. Took my order quick. Got the food quick. Didn’t try to sell me the juice.

 

of all of the price increases carnival has had. The one thing that hasn’t gone up is the $5 glass of juice.

Had one of those on Panorama. Favorite cabin so far, separate and quiet hallway, lots of room and having a sofa was convenient. I always try to book aft but next years Vista cruise I have one of those 4J cabins booked, I usually forget to look for them. The description says it has a sofa so hoping that's true.

I’m glad I looked at my excursion ticket. I have that walking tour in the morning and the excursion at 12:30. Well the ticket was for 8:30. They switched it for me. They did say if they don’t have enough people they will combine tours. If that’s the case they will send me a letter and I’ll have the option of a refund.

More complaining about the drinks on us. This is true. They took the casino bars out of this ship class so drinks on us people are complaining it is impossible to get a drink. I think you’re supposed to be gaming anyway but maybe they can walk up to a bar on other ships. I don’t know.
