cinbeach Posted May 15 #1 Share Posted May 15 I would appreciate it if anyone has a copy of the current selections onboard for both Liquor and Wine. Getting ready to embark in 3 weeks and would like to know what is offered. Does anyone know what Single Malt Scotch is onboard and what type of Rye. Thank you Cindy

BEAV Posted May 17 #6 Share Posted May 17 @History&Wine or @FlyerTalker, can either of you speak of the current beer 🍺 selection? Craft Beer lover here looking for some love. 🍻
Rare FlyerTalker Posted May 17 #7 Share Posted May 17 Included were: Asahi Dry Blue Moon Bud & Bud Light Coors Light Corona Guinness Heineken Lagunitas Fin du Monde Sam Adams Sapporo Singha Draft at the "Silk Bar" (don't know it's current name) was Newcastle, but that may vary depending on resupply chains. Extra cost included: La Trappe Quadrupel La Trappe Tripel La Trappe Dubbel Hertog Grand Prestige Ola Dubh Belzebuth Carolus Whisky Infused Cuvee Rochefort Trappistes Sam Adams Utopia Samichlaus I also know that they load various local beers at times, so check to see if anything local is available. In Asia, they have been know to load Tiger, so ask your bartenders if there's any stock that is "off menu". Also, for kicks, you may want to just look at a bunch of the labels. I think the Asahi was brewed by Peroni in Italy and the Sapporo is from Canada. And the Lagunitas label has fun stuff in small type. 1

Now I have to put a reminder in my phone for June 24th to read the Lagunitas label! Thank you, FlyerTalker.

I’m going to hold out hope they can source a few West Coast/PNW crafts this summer for the Alaska season. 🍺

Or "The Hangar" where they have a large number of local beers on tap.
History&Wine Posted May 17 #13 Share Posted May 17 Draft at the bar at Tastes is currently choice of Heineken or Newcastle. Since Mr. And Mrs. Molson are on board, Molson Ice is also available. Also available are a couple of non alcoholic beers. I find Heineken Zero surprisingly decent ..
skybluewaters Posted May 17 #14 Share Posted May 17 Speaking of alcohol, is there a way to pre-order a bottle of spirits for the room prior to the cruise, or do you just ask the room attendant for this once onboard?
ccbee Posted May 17 #15 Share Posted May 17 Does anyone know what Rums are on the latest list. My husband likes Bacardi Gold but the older list only had Bacardi White.

Ask and they can get the gold at other bars.

Rare WNcruiser Posted June 14 #21 Share Posted June 14 Although I find the beer selection boring, this La Fin Du Monde was quite good. At 9% one was enough but it was refreshing and something different.

Texas Tillie Posted June 16 #24 Share Posted June 16 Aren't the included wines listed here just the ones usually available in the bars? There are others in the various dining venues, aren't there? Patty

And the list in Waterside will change based on availability of wine and what region the ocean vessels are sailing. Umi Uma, Osteria and Tastes feature other wines that they each carry respectively.
