Djupivogur - Artistica Tours?

Hi! I will be on HAL in a few weeks. 10 June we will be in Djupivogur. Even though we booked over a year ago we could not get a HAL excursion. Has anyone booked with Artistica Tours? There are nearly no reviews. I did see a thread with a future booking but before I even consider Id love to know experiences, especially with on time ship returns.

Have you checked your Roll Call to see if others on your cruise may have some info, or slots on their tours?

You might want to ask on TripAdvisor, there are quite a few locals and other visitors with lots of experience who might have info

There's also the chance that this is a relatively new company, or new to this port.  These small Icelandic cruise ports seem to have gotten busier just in the last few years.  It's possible someone saw a chance to capitalize on that and begin offering tours.

I have been researching this port as well for a September trip on HAL. I'm currently on the waitlist for the Lagoon tour. As a backup plan I found the same tour you are asking about through Viator.  When I clicked the link to reserve, I received a disclaimer saying the tour is with a private individual and may not be protected under the same consumer protection rules under EU and UK law. I have used Viator numerous times in numerous countries and have never received this disclaimer. I'm a little hesitant to proceed.

This company has been around for a while, but are just starting to offer cruise ship tours. I'm 'sort of' booked with them, along with another couple, but communication with Artistica is very slow. I really don't know what to do, as I'd love to hear from others who have taken a shore excursion with them, but I can't find many reviews.
