Using 2-Device Premium Wi-Fi Package for 2 phones

During the current flash sale the 2-device Premium Wi-Fi Package is 40% off. Two questions. (1) can only one person in the cabin order the package or do both people need to order the package? (2) If one person in the cabin can order the 2-device Premium Wi-Fi package, can we connect our two phones to that one plan? Both of us want wi-fi by connecting our phones.

1) Just one person can order.

2) Two people can use the "same plan".  It's not really the same plan...you're just paying for it lumped together.  You each have "your own plan" and device.

I haven’t seen this offer?  How much?  Is it just for the wi-fi only?

I apologize. This is for our Celebrity Cruises. We book cruises on both Princess and Celebrity. Our next cruise is on Princess, but our three cruises in 2025 are on Celebrity. Again, I apologize for the confusion.
