Cruisin Kay D Posted June 7 #1 Share Posted June 7 What exactly is considered to be the "Casual" Restaurants that are included the Plus Package on Caribbean Princess? And where exactly is it located? Surely the burger-hotdog grill near the pool is still an included freebie!!
skynight Posted June 7 #2 Share Posted June 7 Yes, the grill by the pool as well as slice pizza by the pool are no charge. Here is the casual dining flyer. Caribbean Princess does not offer very much. https://www.princess.com/content/dam/princess/corporate/pdfs/restaurants-dining-venues-on-board.pdf.coredownload.inline.pdf
memoak Posted June 7 #3 Share Posted June 7 Most Grand class ships just have Salty Dog Gastropub and Vines. The Grand also has an Alfredo’s and some shops will do Alfredo’s pop up’s on sea days

It does not have a Wheelhouse Bar with the Salty Dog Gastropub inside. It also does not offer pop up Alfredo's. Casual dining on the Caribbean is limited to Vines and pop up Planks & Steamers. Really limited value.

Although there aren't a lot of casual dining choices on the Caribbean, I enjoyed both Planks and Steamers on recent cruises. Very good food and surprisingly nice setting I thought. Definitely call the dine line to make reservations once on board to get your preferred dining time. The dine line personnel can tell you which nights will be Steamers and which will be Planks.
