She is now sailing for Cordelia Cruises in India and called Empress.

Thanks. Kinda far for a week's cruise. Am lookin into Vision ots. Hopefully that ship will still be around in March of next yr.

Vision is currently scheduled to sail RT from Baltimore thru April 2026.

Oh, thanks for the info. Have sailed on the Vision twice an like it. Right now, its the smallest ship in the fleet. Don't like these mega ships.

Actually, Grandeur is the smallest ship in the current RCI fleet.  But Vision is very close in size.

We sailed her April 2002, repositioning San Juan to NYC.   First ship with passengers allowed in after 9/11.  It was a lovely trip.  She was still called Nordic Empress then.  I don't think they changed the name until they decided to send here on cruises to Cuba.

We were on her next to last sailing when covid hit, I believe.  Disembarked March 7th and all hell broke loose shortly thereafter.  We really enjoyed the small ship, and the staff was terrific, even though we are mostly big ship people.

As Julie Young, one the Empress HD used to say, she was the smallest ship with the biggest heart.

We were on her (Nordic Empress) in 1993. First cruise we ever took. Our In-Laws introduced us to cruising. 🙂
