Emeril is a great addition with his restaurant and also his menu adds.  Home Run, go for beignets

I always avoid Emerils...until late in the cruise.  If I go too soon, I will get those beignets EVERY DAY!

My biggest regret was not going back at dinner time and having some of his non-sweet items. I would have loved to try more!

We have had the opportunity to try more than few as we have cruised the Excel class 6 times (and two more coming up next moth and November).  I have not found something I did not enjoy but some are def better than others.

The Natchitoches meat pies are fantastic as well.  Also very reasonably priced.
