VermeulT Posted July 19 #1 Share Posted July 19 I have a cruise booked for next year and I'm considering adding on the following cruise (same ship). I would get a different booking number for that (no way around that because a collector's cruise isn't an option here). Would I need to check back in on turn around day or will HAL realize I'm intransit? I very possibly would have the same cabin. ' Thanks
Rare Haljo1935 Posted July 19 #2 Share Posted July 19 You will receive instructions on what you need to do on Turnaround Day, but yes, they'll know you're in transit. You won't have to go through the usual boarding process even if you change cabins. 3

Many have done it, many times. 2

' Thanks Just finished a back-to-back cruise with two different booking numbers and two different cabins at time of booking. HAL was able to put me in the same room for the entire cruise (gave me one of the two I selected at time of booking). HAL realized we were in transit and gave us a cards, so we did not need two check in on turn around days (we had two). Also, HAL carried over our OBC from the segment to the next both refundable and nonrefundable. Even if you end up with separate cabins the process of changing rooms is easy as HAL does a lot of the work. Enjoy your cruise.

pengu1n Posted July 21 #7 Share Posted July 21 Make sure you mention it to your cabin stewards as they don't always get the message.
Rare POA1 Posted July 21 #8 Share Posted July 21 Have your TA or PCC put a Link code on both bookings and reference each segment in the remarks.
