Yeah..the Schooner Bar on the older ships is so much cozier;  however, the Schooner Bar on the Oasis seems to have just "fit" the Bella cruisers!🥰

There are so many more of us on the Bella 2 cruise, it remains to be seen how we all will actually fit.🤔

I have had that before, and I liked it.  I haven’t even been in Bolero’s this trip.

I got a day behind, but that is probably a good thing.  

 

So first unusual thing that happened.  You always hear those announcements that they are waiting for people to complete their safety briefing, and saying they can’t sail until everyone does.  Evidently, that must not be true.  

 

My daughter got this letter in her cabin after we had sailed, saying they hadn’t completed the briefing.  

 

 

 

We had all watched the videos and all (even Daryl) appeared at our muster station, and they had checked us off.  Must have been a glitch in their system, or they entered a wrong cabin number.

Up early, and we were about here at sunrise.

Solarium Bistro wasn’t too busy for breakfast.

We had booked Swimming with the pigs as today’s excursion, but it was cancelled due to operational issues. So we booked the Sea and See excursion. Since it didn’t start till noon, we decided to walk to Junkanoo beach and come back for the excursion. 
 

so we rushed through a beach stop, and a stop at Senior Frogs for an early lunch. 

 

 

Yeah, there might have been food involved also.

We got back to our meeting point just in time to find they had canceled that excursion. 
 

I don’t know why either was canceled, because it turned out to be a beautiful day. 
 

Anyway, we thought it would be a good day for the pool. 
 

 

It seems that several people had the same idea, and the pools were insanely crowded.

Entertainment reservations opened up for our September 8th cruise opened up August 1. Everything but the Headliner show was available and I was able to get to get bookings for our group for all available shows. Hope yours show up soon.

One problem with this ship is there is only one flow rider.  The lines were long when we went in the afternoon.  Only my PA grandson and I went on.  My granddaughter was disappointed she couldn’t go.  She is a couple inches too short. 
 

Susan and I met this lovely couple, while we waited for the beach pool to reopen.

Beach pool was closed for a few hours because, something was in the pool that should not have been!!

 

Daryl thought it would be good to try the Abyss slide.

After our disappointment in two cancelled excursions, we decided to treat ourselves to Hooked seafood restaurant.  We had the 7:00 show booked , and it wouldn’t let me book a 5:15 reservation on the app because they allotted two hours for dinner.  The way around it was to call.   They are not busy at opening.

We saw All In, the new show for the theatre.  Lots of lights and drones.  My son-in-law says he needs to up his game for their Halloween party.
