The site is rarely down for everyone (maybe on weekend nights during maint maybe) - most of the time it's an individual user issue. Clear cache/cookies and try another device/browser. cruiseguy1016 Posted September 2 #5 Share Posted September 2 I was having trouble earlier today but it's working now with only an occasional glitch. I get a message saying it's due to a high volume of users and that I should refresh/reload.

ahahn078 Posted September 3 #8 Share Posted September 3 I've had better luck with the website via Chrome. Sometimes the website freezes with Edge on my end.
Rare grouchomarx Posted September 3 #9 Share Posted September 3 Their website frequently has problems or just doesn't work at all. About 50% of the time I go there it's not working right. Using Chrome on Windows 10. Also goes wacko on my iPad so not OS related.

Thanks, NJ Nothing. You'll go to the embarkation port and check in there. It might take 3 extra minutes.

Thanks, NJ If you haven't already, you might try using an incognito (private) browser window. If that works, clearing cookies & local data for any Royal Caribbean website should fix the issue.
