Hello everyone. . . . I went over to the Maritime Museum today, and there were a lot of Cruise Ship passengers over there. It is really a very informative Museum (If you like that kind of thing) It is possible to spend at least 4 hours over there, but we must be on board by 2:30, and there are other things for me to do. . .

I didn’t make it over to Snorkel Beach Park, but was able to get a few photos from the Fort ! I am over at the Clocktower Mall now, and I must return my Scooter to Oleander Scooter rental before noon ($85 /day. . .we were able to park our scooter outside of the ship last night !)

Today’s weather is not bad….a little cloudly, the sun sometimes peeks from around the clouds. . .It is about 70f.It feels like it is about to rain. . .but no drops yet ! It will be nice to have a day at sea while we are heading to Boston (Friday) I think we arrive there a t 8AM. I have not decided what I will be doing then. . But there is time to decide.

The Bermudians might be the most friendly locals that I have encountered on any Cruise Ship port of Call. They are wonderful. The Visitors and Convention Bureau’s from all of the ports could learn a lot by visiting Bermuda !

Here are a few photos from today. . .More pics from sail away later tonight.

Again, beautiful pictures! I cant beleive we're :D leaving Bermuda already, its one of my favorite islands (June 08 will be my 5th time there)! Like you said, Bermudians by far are the nicest of island people.

Cant wait for your sail away pictures! Thx for taking the time.

I am so enjoying them! We leave on the Explorer on the 23rd and reading your posts is getting me even more excited.

Also, never having been to Bermuda, I plan on booking a cruise there for sure!

Radio, Just found your live post and really enjoy reading it and all the pictures. Was in Bermuda for the 4th time Oct 06 we hit a bad storm coming back to Philly rocked and rolled for day and a half. But made it into port on time. Storms are the only bad thing about sailing in the fall.

Your pictures sure brought back great memories and I will be looking forward to reading about your future cruises.

Keep up the good work.

Radio,

Thanks for the great pictures and for sharing your cruise with us. My cruise next Thanksgiving seem so far away :( It seems that so many people love the Explorer, can you tell me why? Is there something special about it over the other voyager class ships?

I am not sure why so many people LOVE Explorer. . .Maybe its the beauty of the ship, or maybe the superb service, or it could be the different itineraries. . . Maybe all of the above ! ;)

I think that Royal Caribbean's desicsion to keep the Explorer year round from Cape Liberty means that everyone in the northeast area will feel like they have their OWN ship ! I am sure that the lucky folks in So CA will feel the same thing soon about Mariner of the Seas when she home ports there. . .

YIPPPEEE another trip and pictures by Radio!

BUT I think it's time for Radio to give the camera to someone else for (just a little) awhile and he should BE IN the pictures himself! :)

I agree!!

Radio...We want to see YOU in a picture! Please ask a shipmate to take one of you!
