Anybody else ever win on a complimentary slots pull?

Recommended Posts

On Mariner, we got the buy 10 get 12 coupon. When my 20yo son redeemed his...they just gave him 2 one dollar coins. first time he has ever gambled...ever. Took the first coin to a random dollar slot...and won $250

Just off the AOS. Gone are the days of "Here's my coup....." then they slide you $4 (2 coupons x $2 ea)

My fiancee and I both "won" keychains. Didn't even redeem the slip for them.

Platinum book had the BOGO free picture coupon. Version 11 of the coupon book, FYI.

I told this story in an earlier post, and it got me wondering, who here has a good story about winning something on a complimentary pull on a slot machine in a ship's casino.

My wife and I are Crown and Anchor Society members, and just a couple weeks ago, received a coupon for a free 3-credit pull. We won a rubber key chain.

Any good stories....

HA! we won TWO keychains

I did the free pull and it printed a voucher that said I won $0.30. I laughed myself silly and almost threw it away.... then I got to thinking, I'll go to te cashier and get my stupid 30 cents. She said that was the code for "I won a t-shirt".

I wonder how many times they keep their t-shirt because people dont take the time to claim their "30 cents".

I think the voucher should have said free t-shirt, keychain, cruise, or whatever it was you won.

Cruised in April/May on Serenade. The $12 for $10 coupons are in indeed gone, Peggy. 3 pulls/3 tokens each on a special slot machine. No wins for either of us. :o

I sailed on the Enchantment in April, and both of these coupons were in the platinum book: pay $10 get $12, BOGO photo.

January 2008 - Jewel - stupid tokens - one keychain

April 2008 - Monarch - play $10 get $12 coupons - they handed me dollar bills

April on Serenade, it was the "special" machine. Maybe they are rolling them out on some sort of schedule for different ships. :D We'll be on Grandeur in November. Does anyone know which coupons are available on Grandeur? :)

They had them on the Vision in December 2007, but I'd like to hear from someone who's cruised since then.
They had the new special pull coupons on the Sovereign(July 4th)..WON NOTHING:(

I remember someone on our last cruise laughed they only won 30 cents.....they didnt know it was for a tshirt(like i wouldnt till I read your post)

For my free pull, I won a certificate good for $0.06 in the casino. I'm saving it for my scrapbook.

I wonder if that 6 cents is code for something like the 30 cents one was(for a tshirt)
