Jancruz Posted August 18, 2008 Author #79 Share Posted August 18, 2008 For DaveFR form Azamara Corporate Office Hello, Jan...here are the answers to your questions: 1) Three people service our suites....attendant, butler and "head butler". 2) "Head Butlers" are "at your service" butlers, as they have no responsibilities in caring for the stateroom, only in servicing suite guests for whatever needs they have...Like a Celebrity butler today. 3) Suites get unlimited complimentary bottled water and soda (as well as specialty coffees). I think that answers all....Thanks!!! Hope this helps, Jancruz1
Rare uktog Posted August 18, 2008 #80 Share Posted August 18, 2008 Great news Jan re the butlers We are in a Sky Suite in January and having always had such great butler service on Celebrity we were a little worried that the service might be less. I think there is a possibility it will be even better. I like the fact the sodas and water are included as well - a nice little perk for suites A

I've mentioned to Celebrity before that they need to have someone review all their documentation and edit it for clarity and consistency. It's one of their few weak areas. tnt10 Posted September 10, 2008 #82 Share Posted September 10, 2008 Jan, Any idea when Phillip Herbert will be back from vacation to Journey? I'll be sailing in December 2008. Sat with him and others at the Captains Table last year on Galaxy: what a wonderful and truly genuine gentleman! Thanks, Tim
