Good one!

Find that 'mole' yet?

He is here almost every day and sitting in plain sight on a branch in usha's signature. ;) ;)

I'm guessing that he thinks he is a bird (parrot) or eaves dropper ??

I never thought I'd see a thread debating the legitimacy of using quotes.

I agree with everyone else - I see no problem with it, and in many cases it is needed, particularly if you're referring to a post that is buried on another page. Quoting, if anything, is proper form for responding to a question.

Absolutely, it is the same as responding to an individual in a conversation when there are many people partaking in the discussion or agreeing (disagreeing ) with a point made. How else could this be done,if we didn't use quotes ?

Actually my favorite quote is from Jessica Rabbit :

"I'm not really bad, I'm just drawn that way"

;) ;) ;)

I just KNEW there was something I liked about you!!!!

Her's is one of my favorite quotes, too!

That and the remark about a "booby-trap" in her cleavage. :D

And ... oh, heck, there are two dozen fabulous quips in that film.

I haven't watched it in ages!

Hi Carolyn, besides ,our opinions are not so readily validated in the real world.:D

I have a feeling Pipedreams will never tell. Perhaps he'll donate his archives to the Smithsonian when he retires from CC:D

You do me too great an honor.

And, thanks for all the pix from the Eurodam maiden.

My main thread followed them very closely. ;)

Double negative? Does that negate what I wrote? :D

You are quite corrrect in your statement. A double negative cancels out itself, so the meaning is that you WOULD see the reply, which is what you meant.:)

Sorry, I've been an English teacher for so many years I can't resist responding to grammar questions.:D
