PatC Posted May 28, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 28, 2017 Google sites. You can get it easily. Can't post sites here but I guarantee you will find one. We always do. There are many sites that will get both.
sn2792 Posted May 29, 2017 #3 Share Posted May 29, 2017 We have stayed at the Hampton inn blue lagoon. They have a package that includes gated parking during the length of your cruise. They offer a shuttle to the port, but not back. Sent from my iPad using Forums
sippican Posted May 30, 2017 #4 Share Posted May 30, 2017 Not sure what you consider "secure parking" in Miami. We just returned from an 18 night land/cruise vacation. We stayed pre-cruise at Hyatt Place West Doral. We were very pleased with the location, room cleanliness, staff interactions, etc. The shuttle service was excellent (very short wait upon our night return). The parking lot seemed very safe and it was well lit, but not gated or fenced in. There is only one way in or out, and that is around the front entrance. The room package included 14 nights of parking, but they did not charge us for the additional days. We had originally planned to leave our car in one of the Park and Go lots (as we have before), but for almost the same price, stayed the night before, and were able to enjoy a nice breakfast before flying out,
JohninDC Posted May 30, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 30, 2017 You might check the FLA boards for more specific advice: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=495 http://www.stay123.com and http://www.parksleepandfly.com are tow sources to check. As downtown hotels charge guests $25/30+ per night to park expect all of the hotels offering these deals to be out near the MIA airport or farther West (Doral). None of the hotels includes a free ride back to your car after the cruise - figure on a $30 cab ride or an $18-20 Uber. Hotels in the Blue Lagoon area are often suggested. Nicer than many other areas near MIA and with a local strip mall nearby for dining and last minute shopping
