In terms of selling equipment Celebrity is the only cruise line that I am aware of that sells Mac products.

Celebrity does sail other areas this time of year such as Alaska.

For me, I would just purchase them at an Apple store or on line.

you are not going to get a deal. so unless you are looking to use OBC supplied from an outside source, there is no benefit to purchasing on board.

There is no sales tax when purchased onboard, plus OBC adds a little to sweeten the pot

If you buy from B&H Photo they discount Apple products and you don't pay tax. Best Buy will price match online deals, however they do charge tax.

I'm not an Apple user but I don't think that I ever have seen a great deal on electronics on any of the cruises I have done.
