Shipped missed HMC, what month did you cruise?

i know that there is no guarantee that a ship will be able to port anywhere, and tender ports are even more of a gamble...However, with that being said, if you have missed your stop at HMC due to weather, what month were you cruising?

We missed HMC in October.

We visited HMC in May, but it was overcast and rained some.

It has no rhyme or reason to it, just the luck of the draw. Both times we missed it (don't remember months) it was due to high winds.

Not quite what you asked for, but we made it to HMC the first week in September in both 2015 and 2016.

We missed HMC aboard the Carnival Freedom in September (2014).

I just got off the Elation February 2nd. I did a B2B, 1-23 & the 28th. We missed HMC on the first sailing but made it on the second.

My brother was on Fantasy last year in June and missed HMC.

We visited HMC in March 2016; it was perfect, especially with the cabana we rented.

We missed HMC last October. High winds.

Not quite what you asked for, but we made it to HMC the first week in September in both 2015 and 2016.

Good to know since we are cruising first week of September this year :) We missed it in July one our first cruise back in 2002 on Prides inaugural year:p

Missed in August bc of storms.

Missed June 3, 2015 on the Pride due to a storm and large swells. Out of 4 calls to Half Moon, that's the only miss!

Missed Half Moon Cay on Holland America's Eurodam in January 2016.

I am 0 for 4. Once we got really close and almost tendered. Swells. Three other times we didn't even get near. Once was January, once was June, once was October, and I forget when the other cruise was. I do not book based on HMC, I just assume we will miss the port call.

It can happen any month.

I made HMC in January once (missed it once but not due to weather) and made it in April!

October due to Hurricane Matthew on the Elation.

Missed in January, May and October.

Made it in May, September, October and November!

Missed one ship as small as Ecstasy and missed on ship as large as Breeze??

No rhyme or reason??

Luck of the day........some days were beautiful blue sky and sunny and we could not tender due to currents?

We LOVE 1/2 moon and we know you have a 50/50 chance.

We have booked Half Moon Cay twice, and made it twice (May, and September). We have some friends that are 3 for 3 at NOT making half moon cay. I'm not sure of their exact months. The are trying for the 4th time next month.
