Following! Great cruise & ship! Let us know how many reserved seats are for Theatre productions, if possible.

My guess- count the Reserved seats in the Theatre- that should give a number for Premier passengers on each cruise.

I suppose if I need to go to Guest Services I could go in the elite line, but it is often busier. I rarely have any reason to go to GS and this SUN package issue for me is resolved. Not sure why you ask?

On SUN- where is the American Diner located?

Wrong? Glitch? I have been reporting several glitches in my app, personalizer and bidding pop ups, free premier package etc. customer service said thanks for reporting- it is a web error. remains the same- no correction. Advice- get TA to do your booking.

After confirmation with 4 sources that the Premier package on my Sun booking is a web error, it remains on my app and personalizer. I am still blocked from booking a bundle. I also gave feedback to website about these errors- nothing!

Not enough staff to provide service is why we were turned away with 1/2 empty Crown Grill.

My family were talking about this today- 3 went on Icon and had package $100 US per day each- only includes drinks. They were impressed with our description of what Princess new Premier includes for $90 US. May get some new passengers. I’m still standard fare unless I book a suite on ships that include premier.

Yes, the FAQ is correct. No free upgrade or grandfathering. There is a web error in our app and in personalizer! Confirmed with 4 sources at Princess . Some of us show we purchased premier when we did not. I was told they will not honor the web error. It remains in app and in my personalizer and I am still getting pop ups saying I have everything suites have.

And the only benefits from non suite sanctuary are use of an overcrowded, unshaded sanctuary and the unknown location of a combined private restaurant. The S9 are not worth the extra lounge benefit to me.

Don’t know- your travel insurance is based on the amount you pay when you buy insurance . If you cancel the additional amount for bid would not be covered, in tha case. I don’t think it is worth the sanctuary and private restaurant to bother with a bid on Sun- sounds like these places will be overcrowded. I am losing interest in it

No, I think no your pre paid premier $80 remains the same. You only pay the bid amount for use of larger room, , sanctuary and private restaurant. Your choice to upgrade at $10 pp/ pd to new premier if you want. the Bid info on my booking is an error- but it remains in my personalizer.

You will have to ask Princess. Jimmy Wine had a bidding post recently for the Sun.

There is a web error in the bidding description as there is in our Sanctuary bookings. I reported it but it remains a glitch.

My deluxe aft balcony was a category D0 and cost $400 more then those midship. The description always had “ Includes upgrades & benefits”- meaning exactly what I am getting now- sanctuary and private restaurant- except I cannot book 3 nights in any restaurant, so I will try to walk in to private restaurant. Since I know what to expect I won’t be in a line up.

The email provided a link to princess website sanctuary collection FAQ- verifies no premier package- but sanctuary & private restaurant is included if booked before April 23/24 in the categories that are Sanctuary as of October 14/24. I only know about my booking but maybe yours includes bundle, as you were told on the phone. I will steer clear of GS on embarkation day!

I rented from agency in the Hyatt hotel- a short distance from pier. Agency was in basement of hotel. Asked doorman how to find it.

The email said I should purchase a premier package when I board. They even priced it and converted it to Canadian $. However, chat offered to sell it to me yesterday because it did not show I had a package in Princess computers. I don’t usually drink much, get 1/2 wifi, minibar so I’m not buying it. But yes, it was $80 a week ago. I am still blocked from purchasing it. I did not want to end up at GS with a lineup- with others irritated over this, so I am relieved this is over with.

This was similar when I booked a few years ago for spring. Cabins were held for charters. The ship for my second week had mostly Japanese - charters. Cabins were released closer to sail date. They brought on Japanese crew as well that second week.
