  1. Waiting to hear from CATMom- as per our long ago discussion. Please let us know what it is like in your upcoming cruises. I don’t sail for months in an S9.
  2. So now we have some changes: Sanctuary Collection? New thread? I am totally confused now. i have one: D0 aft ( premium deluxe balcony) and one S9 booked , SUN, STAR. Have no clue if this affects me. No package when I booked.
  3. A bit confused here- I do not have a package- standard fare. Elite, in an S9 signature suite- what drinks will be complimentary for me- in the signature lounge and the signature Sun Deck?
  4. I filled form in and my booking still shows for October 20/25- give it a few more days. The new cruises for replacement should show up online April 30 th.
  5. you are truly fortunate. 40 plus cruises here. Fav. Cruiseline remains Princess. Did that- tried all options mentioned to stop calls, emails—- has been better in last two weeks. I refuse to return the last call telling me to phone the Uk princess office! future gripe- crummy chairs on balconies on SUN princess.

My gripe: false advertising, annoying emails, phone calls from CVP & Promotions I’ve asked to not contact me, errors in folio- refunds to wrong credit card, misinformation by Future Cruise staff, poor customer service. However, they gave plenty of notice to me for the Star cancellation and I expect nothing except for my deposit back.

  11. What was the Signature Lounge like? Did you have to pay for anything in there? Hours open?
  12. We also rented a car- across the street from the terminal. Very easy to get to Peggy’s Cove and well worth it.

  14. I have done this several times. Taxi from London hotel to Victoria Coach Station ( not train station). 10 am Princess reps check you in Take luggage- goes directly to your cabin 90 minutes directly to ship ( traffic- longer) see personalizer to book online under Travel or call them
  15. I do prefer getting the statement the night before disembarking. Last 4 cruises I have gone to Guest Services and also use the machine near GS to print my own folio.
  16. On my last two cruises on Royal & Regal in past year it was very noticeable that there were less crew servicing the MDR & buffet areas. Much different from my previous cruises.
  17. You pay only 50% and it is charged to your credit card now. No OBC involved.

  19. This same one made errors in my Sun suite booking. Told us to buy FCD on app ourselves and told us the D0 category on SUN included Signature benefits- which was wrong. Regal in Feb. I am sure others are more helpful. On the Royal in Sept the female was very helpful.
  20. We tried this. They are now handed over to the on-board Future Cruise dept/ princess promotions people. Gave us a real difficult time and it never got added to our account. Regal in October
  21. Mail, S9 doesn’t have 2 lounge chairs? What size compared to a premium deluxe balcony?
  22. Yes, it is becoming the norm. Good advice above to find a travel agent and not deal directly with Princess. I do not deal with Princess CVP, others do.
  23. SUN- PH suite. Rather then Signature suite. Caribbean Princess- Vista suite.
