They use flexible pricing. I have seen guarantees cheaper than pick your cabin # - go figure!? There is a new 5 day sale promo starting in UK today… perhaps the price will have changed? If no one bites at the higher price they will drop it. Also have you checked the RCI USA site to see whether they show the same price difference ?

And I got an email yesterday from a big online TA (1st) advertising the drinks package was still offered! Seems like RCI have pulled the offer early and not let every agency know! Sorry it didn’t work out.

It’s called Interporting. RCI have done this in the Med with Oasis class ships for years. It works smoothly. The only thing you will notice on Rome day is some new faces and a few announcements for them to go to muster.

Get the UK agent to communicate with the sales team who send out the flyers/ info to agents. It’s going to be in the database… and you can even give them the date it was sent out! Also as others have said, they are usually more “helpful” via the web chat link

Ok found it. It was sent to TAs so not sure whether it applies to direct bookings ( but not sure why direct would have a different offer end date to bookings via agents) So, it was sent 23/12 and the title is “Update: To book our drinks packages.” - clearly states that from 4th prices are reverting to PCP ( no idea what that means) but urges TAs to get their clients to book the deluxe drinks

The flyer was updated on 23/12 saying it was ending on 3/1…. I’m trying to find it…🤞

It ends today. But you can only add it within 24hrs of booking. Call again… and keep calling until you get it!

Once you start the 24 hr time..that’s it. You can log in and out but the clock is still ticking!

You get $51.98 off a package. You can use this any time. Bare in mind the cost of the package drops at midnight every day so it’s already cheaper to apply / buy on day 2! We usually make do with careful use of 2x 24hr accesses and then apply the $51.98 off the package when there are 3-4 days to go and it’s either very very cheap or free

And don’t forget to validate (punch) your train ticket in the little yellow box in the wall otherwise you’ll be fined!
