The new MSC ships are beautiful; and spotless. And bling. Their ceiling on the equivalent of the Royal Promenade has to be seen. I find there is music every where… some just funky with a guy walking around playing the saxophone 🎷… some classical. Best pizza 🍕 at sea; and they have freshly made mozzarella on some ships which I can live on. They have adult only lounges. The staff aren’t in your face asking for tips or pestering for a perfect 10… Coffee comes with a little chocolate; drinks come with a bowl of crisps (chips) Their YC experience beats any suite offering; ship within a ship experience- own lounge/ own restaurant/own sun deck and pool. It’s just cool and Italian. And different. I’m on their brand new World Europa next month as RCI have abandoned the Dubai winter sun market .

It was 9108. 2nd cruise I had 11106 which was the “wrong” layout. I kept hitting my head! And the motorised blinds roll up ( not down) when you close them which is quirky!

Had them twice in Wonder. Loved them. A lot of space. Especially when the bed is by the bathroom First pic: my friend and I had next door cabins so you can see the difference

On Vision and Brilliance they bought on a crew member who had amazing voices . The young guy in Brilliance was from Zimbabwe and worked in the jewellery shop. He was awesome and they later announced they had forwarded a recording of him singing to the Entertainment department to see if he could move to the entertainment team …

Was on her for 15n crossing last month. She’s a lovely old ship but some of the furniture desperately needs replacing ( sofas in cabins are saggy; and chairs in Colony Club are very worn and threadbare)

You used to get little bottles of wine at Diamond but that was quietly dropped a few years back. Now it’s beer or soda. If you don’t pick anything then you just get random amounts of water left.
