We had that happen. Go to the royal website and remove your Crown and Anchor number. Close, then re-open and add it again and it will update.

Thanks for the update. I've been checking my app and DH's app and thankfully, the mysterious Joan and Steve that appeared with a shore excursion to Cozumel (our cruise doesn't go there) and the $12,000,000.50 AUD Premium Access have disappeared and everything is back to normal. I guess the IT team actually worked this week and straightened out some issues! I also sent them screenshots around the same time you did and never heard back. I've been checking daily and they disappeared completely this AM.

Once I clicked add as an app on my Samsung android phone and tablets it shows in my app tray. -

I use it on my Samsung Android tablets successfully. I'm guessing that if it works on iPhone it will work just as well on iPad -

We purchased Premium Access for an upcoming cruise. We made the purchase on the website. It shows perfectly on the site. The purchase price shows the correct amount in order history. When I opened the app it shows up, however the cost is shown as $12,000,000.50 AUD per guest! It also shows two people, Joan and Steve for whom it was purchased. We don't know Joan and Steve. Furthermore, it shows an excursion to Cozumel for Joan and Steve as well. Our cruise in not going to Cozumel. I took screenshots and sent them off to X.

The only other item on Premium Access that you didn't list, which may or may not be of value to you then is the no cost room service. If you get room service more than the free continental breakfast it might be a consideration. Of course, you know your needs and habits best.☺️

We purchased Premium Access because of the added benefits and the cost was less than WIFI for 2 devices. The only caveat is that you can't apply your Captains Club discount to Premium Access even though it's listed under the WIFI packages. I checked with 3 different reps by phone and all gave the same answer.

We just bought Premium access for $17.99 pp pd on the website on line. This is how it showed up on the app...and i have no idea who Joan and Steve are...and we're not in Australia!

Yes, but it's sort of sad that after booking a cruise that includes canal transit for multi thousands you have to spend more to get a good front view. -

I have a question regarding viewing points while going through the Canal on an Edge class ship. We previously transited the Canal on Infinity and we were able to view our forward progress through the Canal on deck forward and in the sky lounge inside. Are there any forward outside or inside observation points on the ship that aren't only accessible by suite guests in the retreat? -

Not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but here it is. Years ago, Cruise Critic had an app which they stopped supporting and it no longer worked. I uninstalled that app. A few years back, I saw a post or a note on Cruise Critic that there was a new app and it would work to quickly take you Cruise Critic to see any new posts etc. I somehow installed that on my phone (android Samsung) and shared it to my old Samsung tablet. I use it daily and it works. I purchased a new Samsung tablet, and I went to the Play Store to share the app with my new tablet. The Cruise Critic app doesn't show in the available app list although it is in my app tray and currently is working on both my phone and old tablet. I also tried synching apps across all three devices but it still didn't work or show up. Does anyone know where to get the Cruise Critic App?
