I don't see a Packages category, but I was able to find it. It's $88.99 per person, not per couple, but still, a heck of a deal. At least on paper.

Are you the primary person on the reservation? Only the primary person can see the full folio on the app.

Word of advice is to always review your onboard account before you leave the ship. It's much harder to fix after you leave.
