Food in Murano is way better than Blu. If you like Lobster then try it in Murano. They prepare it right at your table on a trolly with a burner and the sauce is delicious. For another fire show have the Crepes desert.

Our first cruise on Celebrity (and our first an Ever cruise!) was on Century to the Caribbean in 2020 with family. my fondest memory was lounging in the shade by the pool thinking whose turn it was to go get some more pizza at the nearby pizza station. we had been taking Land Tours for many years but finding a way to travel while only having to unpack Once was a revelation! thinking all cruise line were probably like Celebrity our next cruise was on Carnival and boy was That a wake-up call!😆

TA's are Longer and have a lot of Sea Days. I think that is less appealing to those still Working with limited Off time. Thats why X has started offering so many short 3-4-5 day cruises. Those of Us with unlimited days off (Every day is a weekend!) enjoy the longer cruises and reduced price of a TA or Repositing cruise. 😊

California cruises are mostly for FUN ships and Booze cruisers who don't care if it goes to Mexico as long as they can Party.

Thats because Azamara needs all the guests it can get to fill it's Old ships.

I have never seen priority boarding for anyone below Suite guests and top CC level.

As you get farther South the weather will get Warmer as that will be Summer down under. If you can stay around in BA after the cruise and visit the Iguazu Falls either on a separate independent excursion booking or on a Celebrity after cruise option. I would take the Veranda over the drinks package. I will be on a Chile to BA on an Eclipse cruise in a few weeks (Solo) and staying on in BA for a few days. It seems Air tickets to or from South America are always expensive. Whatever you do Do Not use COPA airlines. Have a great Cruise!

The trying to appeal to a younger demographic thing is mostly for the Newer Edge Class ships and all the 3-4 day Caribbean cruises. Reflection and the other S and M class ships have always been appreciated by a more "?" mature group of cruisers. Our first ever cruise was on Celebrity in 2020 and we have matured (well gotten Older) in the last 24 years but the Celebrity product on the older ships still hits all our buttons as we sail on towards the sunset. We tried some of those "upscale" cruise lines but found out the more you Pay the Less Fun there is. The Cruise client can range from 18 years old to 100 and all the market research has the management gazing at their crystal ball trying to be all things to all people. The Big group of Baby Boomers have been influencing the cruise market but as that Big generation passes it has been a challenge to predict what the Next big thing will be?

From all the time on here that people say they never received the CC points I'm thinking of hand printing a note that "Mr. ____has signed up for the GoGreen offer" with the Date, Ship Name and booking number and have my Cabin Attendant hold it up so his name tag and face are visible and take a photo with my cell phone?😏 Let Celebrity tell me I need proof and I will have it?

Thank you for that Information. I will sign up for it. I have 10 Future Celebrity cruises booked for the next 19 months but mostly Solo so I'm never going to make the top CC points level.

Right after covid I had 2 Onboard future cruise deposits that allowed a decision to be made up to 1 Year on. Then that Onboard offer shrank to 90 days then went up to 6 months for New onboard deposits. They all had OBC's based on cabin category.

A few days ago a TA for 2025 disappeared then (with some prodding) it showed up again.... Maybe some hacking? Or just ham-fisted programing?

I guess it's that Celebrity finds the money to upgrade the Suite guests experience on it's older ships but not for the rest of us. The Revolutionizing program made improvements to Mille and Summit to every part of the ship. I can't blame them for going where the money is as that's good business.

I was recently on Reflection and also thought it felt crowded with the added cabins. The reduction in size of the Sky Lounge was very disappointing as that's my favorite place to hang out on S and M class ships. I would always prefer a cruise on Silhouette. The Both ships have a semi enclosed top deck specialty dining restaurant called The Lawn Club Grill (instead of the Hot Glass thing on the other S class ships) that has become my Favorite extra cost dining choice. Every time I have dined there I have been impressed. We found the same Lawn Club Grill on Beyond but on that ship the open area faces Forward and when the ship is Moving the wind is a problem. On Silhouette and Reflection, the LCG faces Aft and is less windy while underway.
