  1. Great complete answer however we saw something for the first time cruising and we are at 40+ cruises. When getting priority disembarkation last Saturday from the MG, those with Birth Certificates had to go in one line for immigration and there were only two people checking so the wait was quite something. Those with Passports went in a different line did not have to show their Passports and only did facial recognition and there were 12 stations set and it went extremely quickly
  2. Just off MG and they were wonderful
  3. We have been three times including last June and about to take our 4th next year a two week on the Spirit and have never had a problem. The cruise is laid back and a lot of jeans and sweatshirts. But we have been on more that 40 Carnival cruises and never seen any of the issues you are worried about.
  4. I actually know of a couple being left in St Maarten and a family being left in Nassau on Christmas Eve (they were trying to wave the ship down as it was pulling away)
  5. We are on her the following Saturday and ours does not say anything either, we have done 8 cruises since the restart and have always had access to drop and go. However sometimes our room was done and sometimes not. But we still placed our luggage in the closet and never had a problem.
  6. We are Diamond and leaving next Saturday ours does not say this. Since Covid restart we have always been allowed to drop and go
  7. Yes and You don't have to go thru all of that, the list comes up and has "Guest Selection, Guest Information, Travel Documents , Travel Plans and next is Arrival Appointment, you only have to click on Arrival Appointment choose you time and save then complete everything later
  8. Midnight EST is correct however you can go right to arrival appointment choose your time and remember to click the save button and then you can choose to leave and complete all other information needed later. Just don't forget to choose the save button
  9. My husband and I completely agree and it was three days into the cruise before I realized that I was using kleenex instead of toilet paper. Apparently I wasn't the only one because with the Celebration they changed the configuration.
  10. Highly recommend Trikes Aruba we had a blast and have done it several times and still gave us plenty of time to go to the beach and Bugaloo's and then taxi back to ship
  11. Actually they did not do this on several of our last cruises, as my husband drinks Flora De Cana 25yr, he had to pay for it and they would not do as you stated which what we also thought would be done and just pay for the difference between Cheers .
  12. They don't carry Wiser's which is my preferred rye whiskey
  13. We are on this cruise as well and it will be our 4th Alaskan cruise.
  14. We had similar circumstances and found that with all 4 of us having bought Chat on the internet plan that we could choose all 4 of us to book a table
  15. I know that with other excursions I cancelled or Carnival cancelled, I did get a standard cancellation email. It does not say what the excursion was that was cancelled however when I went to my booking I did see that it had been removed. It took approximately two weeks (on some it was quicker) to show that I had been refunded on the credit card that I used. If you used OBC to make the purchase it will go back to the OBC.
  16. We got the same email but we are on the Sunshine 2024 and it was departure time only that changed but I could swear that we left a 5pm on our last months cruise on the Sunshine
  17. Mardi Gras and Celebration the largest.
  18. We ordered distilled water from room service on our resent cruise and it never showed up even after numerous calls and this was a 10day cruise
  19. We were just there and no one asked for proof however they did make the announcement that those unvaccinated could not get off the ship.
