Lots of folks don't know about the ice cream station in the back of Windjammer, either. Generally had several stations open for omelets two weeks ago at breakfast on Symphony. The meat station line was wrapped all the way around the island but you could walk up and get bacon from the omelet station.

The iHealth orange and white boxes have two tests in the box and the iHealth proctors don't require an unopened box, just unopened materials. No codes on boxes, either. US gov just reopened free test kit mailings although haven't gotten new set from post office yet so don't know if these will be iHealth. Not sure they are still doing these - web site shows sold out.

Lines were long at 6:45 on Symphony as well. The dining room is used for early fixed seating before that and you have to wait until the tables clear. They don't start seating the reservations until then. However after the first night they started pulling people from both res and non-res lines to go to the other dining rooms. We stuck with waiting, since we wanted the same table but lots of folks did not. As others have said, if you don't want the long wait don't show up when they first open.

Certainly works on Symphony. You just do a transfer from room account on a slot machine. Never saw a fee for that. As I recall you can charge something like $5000 to your room during a cruise - you don't have to have cash there in advance. Don't remember exact amount because we normally just use cash. Can't put money back on room account - you need to cash out the ticket and then go to Guest Services if you want to do that.

We've certainly seen a few cases in Alaska where the ramp has been so steep that scooters couldn't go up it. This depends on the tide and which dock you are at, so you won't know how bad it is until you get there.

Since the daily surf charge is more than this you will be charged $7 for the second day. The VOOM guys can fix this.

Actually would rather have a hurricane. Have been diverted a number of times since 2004, but best one we never hit the scheduled ports and were out three extra days since Port Everglades was closed. Next cruise shortened by three days. Royal gave everyone on shortened cruise 50% back as OBC and 50% back as FCC. Lots of folks couldn't get to the port to board for that one, but lots of Florida folks got balconies for $400 total for four days. Since they didn't have power at home there wasn't any point in going there - we had 400 extra B2B on that cruise. Plus a covid-like sailing of 1000 people on a 5000 passenger ship.

Models are designed to mimic behaviors that the designers want. Using them for actual predictions is risky, but people forget quickly when they are wrong. The hurricane models are designed to predict tracks of an active storm a few days ahead. Not very good at predicting if a storm will form, especially more than a week away.

Wasn't any need, but they are doing it anyway. Old worked fine.
