just had an email to today for our cruise in 5 weeks time here is a quote from a bit of it so looks like that they are now changing things sightly for dinning bookings, in that you can book throughout the evening "For your holiday on Arvia, we’re offering advance dinner bookings for more dining venues, including Freedom restaurants. This gives you more peace of mind if you want to fit mealtimes around the entertainment you’ve booked, or simply ensure you experience the restaurants that whet your appetite the most. Reservation times are available throughout the evening on a first-come, first-served basis. And if you’re keen to dine socially, there’s a great option to share a table with other guests. Choosing to share a table may increase the booking time slots available to you."

my car is so old i just take the starter handle with me, that will fool them lol. on a serious note my wife has purse with an anti card reader compartment in it so i just pop in in there not sure if it does the trick.

Excellent time, I would plan if you can to arrive at 12:45 to give you time to get car checked in and unload your luggage, If you are a bit early ( 10 -15 mins ) I am sure they will wave you through. Have a great cruise

No you will be fine, I have done that myself, not everyone dresses up, just stay clear of the mdrs and the crows nest 😉

Been on both Iona X 3 and Arvia love them both, we are in our late 60's

I remember pre covid pre app, that sometimes when a good show was on you had people sitting on the stairs or standing along the side walls, so with the app this must now be better than turning up and not having a place to sit.

There were photographers on Britiannia on our last cruise in April. My wife no longer has her photo taken as she now uses a wheelchair . She says that "she doesn't want a photo with this ugly thing", hope she means the wheelchair and not me lol🤣

in the past 12 months we have been on Iona twice plus Arvia and Britannia. loved all three ships😀 and did not experience any big problems that would make us feel not to book again, in fact got two more booked for Arvia.
